Like Your Mother, offers you relief for all of your Domestic and Business needs. If you’re feeling behind, need an extra set of eyes, or extra set of hands... you’ve found your missing link.
No Commitment
Can you imagine having an on call, zero commitment personal assistant? I know, we thought the concept was genius too!
If you commit to paying us, we’ll commit to getting the work done. After you review a contract specifying the work being completed, we’ll hit the group running. Our goal is your overall success. We’re invested in your needs being met so you only call us as needed.
You set the frequency
As an on call company, we try our best to accommodate last minute requests. However we also offer a membership for weekly/biweekly appointments.
After a free consultation, you get to decide if our one time service fits your needs best, or if you’d like to schedule frequently. There are no additional costs for either... you have the option of getting it all done in one sitting, or you get a prime time spot in our ever changing calendar.
Origin Story
Hi, I‘m Ally Finn, founder of Like Your Mother And busy mom of two busy boys.
I am a
second generation Arizona Native, and love working where I grew up. I had a taste of the outside world when I lived in Oregon for a year. I was caring for 14 chickens, 2 ducks, a dog, a kitten we found in the barn and 25 acres of wine country.
As beautiful as the Pacific Northwest is, we value family over everything so moving back to my Tribe in the desert was a no brainer.
After years of selling real estate and working for a local swim school, I decided to give corporate America a try. It was not for me. I love helping people, and connections, and result oriented work that makes a difference in people’s lives. I want to get my hands dirty and apply my people skills in real life versus being a voice on the other end of a line. I wanted to hear people’s laugher instead of reading “haha” in an email. But running a home as a single mom was no easy task. I needed help and I needed it now.
I came to the realization that there needs to be people that just come over and get everything done that you don‘t want to do. Everything that you can’t get done! I needed a second set of hands, but I can’t trust just anyone... I needed someone like my mother. I needed a second me.
